- Illinois Runs is a great site to check out different running groups and training tips for all lengths of races. Check them out.

- Universal Sole has some info on races and of course their new store on 3052 Lincoln. Congrats on the move!

I am all signed up for the Shamrock Shuffle this year. It will be held on March 30 of this year. I think it is already sold out.

Hey everyone

Fleet Feet has set up its race schedule. There are some fun ones like the Soldier Field 10 miler and the Ravenswood 5K.

The weather will hopefully break so you can go out and run a few miles in the next couple of weeks.
